Protection

Nobody plans to be ill however unexpected ill health can have a significant impact on your financial plans.   We can offer advice in relation to protecting your assets and the long-term goals and plans you have for you and your family so, if the unexpected does happen, the impact on your financial situation is minimal.

Estate planning can be complicated and it is often a difficult subject to discuss.    The rules, reliefs and allowances frequently change, and we can help with assessing what might happen to your estate when you are no longer around, understanding the importance of making a will and getting to grips with the basics of inheritance tax.  Wills are not regulated by the FCA.

In terms of corporate planning, we can offer advice on protecting you and your partners, or key people, in the event of illness or death to ensure that the business remains intact. 

Mortgages

As independent mortgage brokers we aim to take the stress out of getting a mortgage, leaving you to focus on finding the house you want.   With access to the whole mortgage market, we are best placed to find you the mortgage that best suits your specific requirements.

We also advise on buy to let mortgages and with access to the full market, we can help you secure the most suitable deal for your investment property.

As a mortgage is secured against your home or property, it could be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. The FCA does not regulate commercial buy to let mortgages.
